Our Vision:
Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Arms.
No matter who you are, or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here at Exton Community Baptist Church.
Who Are We?
We come from different backgrounds, ethnicities, countries, and generations. Yet, we gather every week to worship, learn, and grow together. Each Sunday morning, you'll meet a group that is small, but also diverse and growing. Then, on Sunday evenings at 5, you'll meet Tamil Christians who travel from all over Pennsylvania to worship Christ together.
Worship and rejoice with us every Sunday at 10:30am.
Missions
American Baptists have a long and incredibly rich history of supporting missions and Exton Community Baptist Church is proud to continue that legacy both internationally and domestically. On a local level, we work with the Lord's Pantry, Broad Street Ministry, and many other local churches in an annual Crop Walk to feed and clothe many of the most needy in our area. On an international level, we are proud to support a missionary from our own congregation. To learn about Sue Hegarty and the other great mission projects going on at ECBC please click below.
$1.25 million
America for Christ
We're trying to help the American Baptists raise $1,250,000 over the course of 2018 to help support missions and ministries across the United States and Puerto Rico. Millions of Americans have either left Christianity or never really known it outside of what they've seen on TV. We believe that the U.S. deserves better and support domestic missions through this campaign.
$1.6 million
One great hour of sharing
We fight hunger, thirst, nakedness, and natural disasters all over the world by participating in this campaign. Over the course of 2017, this denominational fund gave more than $1.6 million dollars worth of aid to the victims of hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. These funds are essential not only for American victims, but people in need all over the world.
100+ Missionaries
World mission offering
Every year we collect funds to support missions projects around the world. As a congregation, we are a small cog in a big wheel. And yet we work with 5,000 other congregations across the United States and Puerto Rico to support the good work that God is doing around the world to make disciples, abolish slavery, support refugees, and advance economic development.
